Job Description As a Human Resources Officer at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring HR practices align with the resort’s goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
