Job Description As the Commis (Team Restaurant) - Maldivian Specialty at Villa Haven, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of authentic Maldivian dishes for our team members. You will work under the supervision of the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Experience in bulk cooking is beneficial for this role.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Commis or similar role, with a focus on Maldivian cuisine.

- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Maldivian cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional specialties.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
