Job Description As the Quality Assurance Manager at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and operational excellence. You will work closely with all departments to monitor and improve quality standards, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
