Job Description As an Island Host at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for providing personalised and attentive service to guests, with a focus on language proficiency to enhance their experience. You will act as a key point of contact, assisting guests with their needs, arranging activities, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Qualifications - Fluency in either Russian, Chinese, Arabic, German, with proficiency in English required.
- Previous experience in a guest relations or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests.
