Job Description - Adhere rules and regulation of the resort.
- Handle all the baggage’s (arrival and departure) properly, follow-up, and follow procedure.
- Maintain a proper baggage log.
- Maintain Lobby and surrounding clean and neat at all the times accordingly and follow procedure.
- Deliver the information properly from the Front Desk to the Departments time to time.
- Deliver and pick-up the necessary items for the arrivals, departures and excursions.
- Handling resort properties properly and handling of the working equipment’s accordingly and follow preventive maintenance procedures.
- Attend any social or promotional gatherings, staff activities, training or general work the department or management may hold.
- Providing a full range of portaging services including the movement of goods in, parcels, internal mail, and movement of languages.
- Reporting of any damage or maintenance to the department head or in charge.
- Undertaking individually or as a part of the team, the cleaning of designated areas of the hotel, in accordance with the standards and specification laid down. E.g: Lobby area cleaning and maintenance.
- Checking all the vehicles and equipment’s prior to use are safe to use, recording and reporting any defects.
- Monitoring of handling of Bumped Luggage.
- Maintenance of the Renting Bicycle.
- Supervision of the Luggage Room.
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time.
- Always be well groomed and serve guests with friendliness.
Qualifications - Minimum: GCE O’ Level
- Minimum: 1 year’ experience in the field is desired
- Communication skills
- Excellent problem solving & time management skills
- Able to work long hours and a team player
