We are looking for a valuable team member to join us as an "F&B Hostess" at Ethno Belek Hotel, part of our hotel group operating in the tourism sector.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduates of universities or high schools, preferably in Tourism and Hotel Management,
• Proficient in English at least at B1 level (knowledge of a second language is an advantage),
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the industry or similar positions,
• Responsible and solution-oriented,
• Committed to guest satisfaction,
• Team-oriented,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Able to adapt to shift hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking "Hostess" team members to work in accordance with the processes and practices of the Food and Beverage Department at Ethno Belek Hotel.
• Greeting guests at the entrance with eye contact, a smile, and appropriate body language at the designated location,
• Providing general information to guests about buffets, restaurants, opening hours, and operations,
• Promoting à la carte restaurants and guiding guests based on their preferences,
• Being well-informed about the hotel's quality policies and objectives and ensuring the implementation of the quality system.
