We are looking for valuable team members to join us as Zone Managers at Ethno Belek Hotel, part of our hotel group operating in the tourism sector. The candidates will work in accordance with the processes and practices of the F&B Service Department.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• At least a college graduate,
• Proficient in English at a minimum B2 level (knowledge of a second language is preferred),
• At least 5 years of experience in similar positions within the industry,
• Responsible and solution-oriented,
• Team-oriented,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ensuring the necessary distribution of tasks and coordinating their execution,
• Completing tasks assigned by management,
• Resolving guest complaints related to the department,
• Monitoring offices and storerooms under the department's responsibility,
• Organizing, coordinating, and tracking the work of staff under their supervision.
