We are looking for a valuable team member to join us as an Animation Staff at Ethno Belek Hotel, part of our hotel group operating in the tourism sector.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from relevant departments of universities or high schools,
• Proficient in English (knowledge of a second language is preferred),
• At least 1 year of experience in the industry and similar positions,
• Responsible and solution-oriented,
• Focused on guest satisfaction,
• Team-oriented,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Able to adapt to shift hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking Animation Staff team members who will work in accordance with the processes and practices of the Ethno Belek Hotel Animation Department.
• Responsible for organizing and conducting sports activities, competitions, and games throughout the day,
• Responsible for the protection and maintenance of all activity materials,
• Engaging in dialogue with guests and ensuring their satisfaction,
• Encouraging guests to participate in activities,
• Being well-informed about the establishment's quality policies and objectives; adhering to instructions and rules.
