We are looking for a pizza maker for the team of the pizzeria Mamma Mia, located in Sallanches (FR).
The ideal person for the role has at least 3 years of previous experience in tasks with relevant skills:
- Use of professional equipment (oven)
- Knowledge of correct food and raw material storage procedures (HACCP)
- Knowledge of different types of dough
The selected person will be mainly engaged in:
- Preparation of the dough
- Laying out the pizzas
- Filling and baking of pizzas
- Cleaning of the work area and kitchen in general, together with the rest of the staff
Knowledge of the English language is required for proper communication with the rest of the staff.
