Kitchen help for luxury chalet
We are looking for a chef/dishwasher assistant for Magic Megève, a luxury chalet hotel located on the edge of Demi-Quartier, in the heart of Haute Savoie (FR).
The ideal person for the job has at least 2 years of experience in the role, with specific skills relating to:
- Modern cooking techniques
- Correct food preservation procedures (HACCP)
- Use of professional kitchen equipment
The selected person will be mainly responsible for:
- Preparation of hot and cold dishes
- Preparation for service
- Keep the work area clean and tidy, as well as the kitchen in general
