A successful applicant is responsible for providing help desk IT support to the on-property and remote team members. They are responsible for managing all systems and implementing technological strategic solutions. They must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with Team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support for computer and mobile end-users.
- Work with various departments to ensure smooth delivery of technological resources for all property events.
- Research new technologies, work with Team Leadership to recommend, design and implement innovative, cost-effective technology solutions. Ensures PCI compliance for property.
- Comply with property standards and local regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations that is service oriented.
- Maintain systems as necessary.
- Coordinate 3rd party vendors to include working with various vendors.
- Work with the Leadership Team to ensure that IT operations are aligned with business needs.
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
- Work may include racking and stacking network and server equipment, toning and terminating cabling, creating new user accounts, joining computers to domains, training, etc.
