As Front Office Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and supervising the team. The front office represents the heart of Finn Lough, from handling reservations to filtering guest requests, you will be responsible for delivering the very best service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest services
- Manage reservations, payments, and guest correspondence, maintaining clear and professional communication
- Handle guest feedback, proactively resolving issues and implementing service improvements
- Supervise and train front office staff to uphold high service standards
- Liaise with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor and refine front office procedures, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and financial transactions
