The People & Culture Coordinator assists the Talent Acquisition Supervisor in her various tasks, notably administrative, and acts as People & Culture referent for all hotel departments regarding recruitment.
He/She must be fully aware of procedures relating to the People & Culture department, as well as Four Seasons policies and procedures more generally.
The People & Culture Coordinator will be expected to be versatile and to lend a helping hand to the various People & Culture departments; he/she will act as the main point of contact for hotel employees in all matters relating to Personnel Management, from the arrival of an employee to his/her departure.
Support for the winter recruitment.
Publication of job offers on various platforms (Workday, Journal des Palaces, Hosco, Linkedin, etc)
Conduct BBI P&C interviews and provide constructive and reliable feedback to the managers.
Regularly update the Workday SIRH (entries, exits, job change, etc) and keep HR dashboards up to date.
Participate in various P&C projects.

You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French. English as second language would be appreciated.
As a reward for loyalty, employees receive a bonus at the end of their second consecutive season (Winter-Winter, Summer-Winter, or Summer-Summer)
