Your tasks:
- Responsible for cleanliness and order in the hotel and spa area
- Responsibility for the allocation of housekeeping staff
- Training and coaching employees in the area of housekeeping
- Management of rented linen
- Monitoring stocks of consumables and supplies
- Close cooperation with the FO team regarding check in/out
- Managing and motivating approx. 20 housekeeping employees
