Your tasks:
- Implementation of operational procurement
- Sharing responsibility for the entire ordering process in collaboration with the department heads
- Receiving and checking the delivery of goods
- Responsibility for the correct storage of goods
- Cooperation with regional accounting / controlling
- Posting delivery bills in the merchandise management system
- Carrying out monthly inventories and monitoring budget compliance in the F&B area
Your profile:
- Commercial training with initial work experience
- High level of motivation and commitment
- Reliability, diligence and assertiveness
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Good written and spoken German
