F&B Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- Operational management of the F&B department (all bars, vinotheque & main restaurant)
- Close cooperation with the team leaders and their supervisors
- Leading and motivating approx. 25 employees
- Co-responsible for the further development & design of the bar menus and wine lists
- Purchasing in collaboration with the controlling department
- Professional service for guests according to the motto “Vacation among friends”
- Responsible for the mise-en-place at the bars and in the main restaurant
- Training and education of employees in the restaurant and at the bars
Your profile:
- Completed training in the hotel or catering industry
- Several years of professional experience in the bar and restaurant sector
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Organizational talent & ability to work in a team
- Management experience
