Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for all bars in the hotel (theater bar, Stüberl, sauna bar)
- Management & motivation of approx. 12 bar staff
- Education & training of the bar staff
- Designing the duty rosters
- Designing the bar menus in collaboration with the F&B manager
- Ensuring the mise-en-place at the bars
- Responsibility for billing and proper cash management
- Organization of F&B activities and representative events
Your profile:
- Completed training in the hotel or catering industry
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Management experience
- German language skills
- Open & positive charisma
