Job Brief
The Boutique Attendant assists the Boutique Manager in providing a quality, friendly and efficient service to all guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serving guests in a polite, friendly helpful manner
· To ensure that shelves are kept stocked and tidy.
· To keep the shop clean and tidy.
· To assist the Boutique Supervisor in stocktaking as required.
· Operating an electronic cash register and micros machine
· Changing till roll and micros roll, when needed.
· Follows the boutique policies and procedures
· Clearing any rubbish as and when needed; including leaflets
· Re-stock shelves implementing a ‘stock rotation’ system.
· Keep ‘serving counter’ area clean and tidy at all times.
· Empty rubbish on a regular basis
· Vacuum shop floor
· Help keep store-room tidy
· Check stock delivery details, ensuring correct stock has been delivered, price up and put stock on shelves in stock room.
Candidate Requirements :
· Completed secondary education
· Worked as shop Attendant/Boutique Attendant in a hospitality industry
· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Effective communication skills and pleasant personality
