DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide outstanding service and exceptional experience to all our guests.
- Manage the operation flow, ensuring all resort policies, procedures, regulations, and standards are followed.
- Excellent Knowledge of Front office services
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Create memorable and unique experiences to guests based on their preferences ensure all guests complaints are handled by respective departments and be visible when any assistance is needed.
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
- Ensure smooth communication between all departments
- To ensure with Reception that all preparation for next day arrival is ready for the next day morning shift.
- To inform Housekeeping of the early rooms checked out in the morning, start of Housekeeping shift.
- To be knowledgeable of all property Management system.
- Responsible for training the Front office team and maintain LRA standards
- Coordinate with all other relevant departments regarding daily operations.
Candidate Requirements: • A minimum of 3(three) years of experience in similar role in international 5-star hotel
• Fluency in Arabic/French required, additional languages is a plus (Italian; German; Russian etc)
• Experience working in top of the range luxury island resorts in tropical locations will constitute a definite advantage.
• Previous experience in a large luxury resorts of over 250 rooms and more than 4 F&B Outlets, with refined catering for the discerning and demanding traveler.
